Using Koukakis Yogurt & St. Dalfour

Base:
200 g sugar-free biscuits (crushed)
200 g melted butter
Filling:
400 g light cream cheese
1 cup Koukakis Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar substitute
Topping:
No Added Sugar Blueberry jam using St. Dalfour
Method
Instructions
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pan to form the base.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with Koukakis Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add the eggs, vanilla, and sugar substitute, then mix well.
Pour the mixture over the base.
Bake at 150°C for 40–50 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Top with No Added Sugar Blueberry jam using St. Dalfour before serving.
